At Colisée, we see seniors as Mentors and employees as Talents. Our aim? To enable rewarding encounters. Joining the Colisean Community means being a Talent above and beyond the skills required. It means embodying professions that are valued and respected and opening new horizons by joining one of the internal career paths.
In line with our values of team cohesion, respect for others and commitment, we value listening and dialogue, and encourage professional mobility by developing new skills and taking part in training, so that each of us can reveal our potential.

Being a Talent means more than being a professional. It means revealing your potential and cultivating your creativity, patience, humour and energy.
Committed to distributing the value we create fairly, we measure remuneration gaps and aim to maintain a factor of no more than 1 to 20 between the highest and median remuneration (pay equity ratio) in each of our subsidiaries. This has helped us achieve a score of 98/100 on the gender equality index.
It can be challenging to match training standards with the reality of the job on the ground. At the same time, we also need to change the way these jobs are perceived. Beyond the technical aspect, we need to show that our professions are all about human relations, and that we can build rewarding and fulfilling careers. We have developed numerous training initiatives in all our subsidiaries.– In Italy, the OSS Academy offers a 6-month training course for care assistants, leading to a state diploma. We also organise an executive MBA in facility management in partnership with the LIUC Business School.– In France, all Colisée hospital service staff have access to our e-Clore training programme. Our in-house digital training platform, Core Academy, provides e-learning resources tailored to each profession.– The Core International Academy provides European site managers with a leadership programme comprising master classes with inspirational experts and workshops designed to strengthen corporate culture and create a community. The programme finishes with a Hackathon.
With Wedoxa, an independent third party certified to ISO 20488, we objectively measure the satisfaction of our Mentors and their relatives, as well as the commitment of our Talents through authenticated reviews.
