Fabrice Ducroquet.

He began his career as a manager in the facilities management and services sector.
In 2009, he joined the medico-social sector as Regional Director and then Director of Operations.

In 2018, he took over as Head of Operations at Onéla and then at Colisée France. He was appointed Director of Operational Control at Colisée in 2022.
Fabrice advises establishments in Europe on Good Practices and Organisation, and regularly carries out internal audit campaigns.

In France, he is a director of Synerpa (the professional association of private-sector players in the care of the elderly).

Fabrice has a 3rd cycle degree from the University of Poitiers.
