Victor Rusé joined Colisée in 2025 with over 10 years' experience in operations and organizational transformation within major groups and technology scale-ups.
He began his career at Aéroports de Paris and then BNP Paribas, before joining Jellysmack and Alma, where he piloted high value-added transformation projects.
