client feel
at home

Ease communication between residents and relatives through digital solutions in each nursing home (Portal type).
Support people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or neurodegenerative disorders by setting up a dedicated space in each nursing home.
Train and/or inform caregivers to help them understand the keys to better aging.
Constantly improve the measurement of clients and relatives’ satisfaction via an independent platform collecting verified reviews (such as WeDoxa) and communicate widely on these results.
Achieve and maintain a NPS (Net Promoter Score) level of 30 on verified reviews.
Ensure that our homes are supplied with local, sustainable and organic food products, with 50% of products certified with origin and quality.
Disseminate new educational approaches (Montessori or alternative methods) to all our nursing homes in order to promote the talents of our residents.
Involve a community, associative or charitable institution in the project of each of our sites in order to associate more stakeholders in our sustainable initiatives.
